Rekart Seat & Recliner mechanism part are warranted for a period of 12 months. Warranty Conditions are follows :
12 months warranty of seat stitching. seat foam, seat metal structure.
12 months warranty of seat recliner mechanism.
If damage or missing any part during delivery, we deliver each at your location.(Armrest, Base, Hydraulic, etc)
Subject the following :
To benefit under this warranty, Rekart must be notified of any defect within 14 days of the occurrence of such defect via an image or video of the relevant defect sent electronically to rekartseating@gmail.com
Any repair or replacement under this warranty is limited to the defective part material only.
Any replacement parts shall be sent to the address of the orignal purchaser.
What our warranty does not cover
For the avoidance of doubt, this warranty does not cover following :
Wear and tear of PU Leather, including but not limited to cuts, sratches or damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water flood, fire, or toher acts of nature ecternal causes.
Consequential or incidental damage, whether resulting from the use, misude, or inability to use this product or from defects int the products.
Damage to a product that has been modified or altered without the written permission of Rekart
Refund and Return Policy
Rekart does not offer refunds of returns of its Chairs and accessories (the “Products”). However, defective products which do not comform to Rekart warranty will be replaced subject to our warranty policy.
